Summary:
Provides specialized clinical activities relating to designated clinical programs in order to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Performs various types of medication utilization activities within a defined area, including but not limited to anticoagulation, pharmacokinetics, dose adjustments, order verification, and IV to PO-conversions. Participates in committees and represents the department of pharmacy throughout the hospital or ambulatory settings within the area of focus.

These positions are for evening pharmacist shift leads. The ideal candidate will be an operational clinical specialist providing guidance and support for the evening shift in the pharmacies.
