Summary:
Manages operations to support designated areas of the central business office (CBO). Serves as project manager for assigned tasks related to CBO operations. Manages collections, reviews write-offs, discounts, and settlements in order to ensure adherence to policies and procedures and to support financial viability. Monitors, creates, and analyzes applicable reports with financial and compliance data.

Education:
Essential:

• Bachelor's degree obtained through a 4-year program.

Experience:

• Five years of related experience in revenue cycle management required. Hospital side experience preferred.
• Staff management experience required.
