Summary:
The Senior HR Data and Systems Analyst will serve as the lead in the translation of business objectives into system requirements to optimize HR business processes and workflow designs which in turn improve efficiency and the user experience within the systems. This senior position is responsible for providing escalated support in the client-centric approach of continuous delivery of HR reporting, system data correction, auditing and user training. This analyst will assess processes to identify opportunities for enhancements and provide recommendations regularly to ensure quality delivery of services. The Senior HR Data and Systems Analyst should be able to provide a higher level of understanding in the translation of business objectives and user needs to concise written technical requirements. The senior analyst will demonstrate a comprehensive skillset of HR functional and technical expertise, HR system integration, and strong excel knowledge.
