Summary:
Oversees operational management of assigned physician practices. Responsible for ongoing management of all practices within the organization beginning at the time of physician recruitment. Responsible for assisting Director in developing and ensuring appropriate systems, policies and standards are in place to produce strong financial performance, excellent clinical outcomes and patient, staff and physician satisfaction.

Education:
Essential:
* Bachelor's degree obtained through a formal 4-year program. Master's degree preferred.

Experience:
* 5 years progressive practice management experience, including front office billing and collections.
