Summary:

The position ensures accurate and timely IRF-PAI submissions, PPS compliance, medical necessity oversight, and denial management, while leading interdisciplinary education on quality metrics and regulatory standards. Additionally, the role drives inpatient rehabilitation admissions through effective patient flow coordination, strategic marketing, and strong relationship-building with internal teams, referral sources, and community partners. The position analyzes performance trends, supports accreditation readiness, and provides data-driven reports to senior leadership to enhance program growth and outcomes.
