Summary:

Provides and monitors pharmacy clinical services. Verifies and dispenses medications and other pharmaceuticals as ordered by qualified prescribers. Manages, assesses, interprets, and recommends medication therapy based on approved evidence-based practice guidelines and hospital policies and procedures.

* This position will require successful completion of a Level II Background Screening

Sign On/Retention Bonus: $10,000 – 1 yr of experience required
