Summary:

 Responsibilities:

· Epic Research Studies and Billing Protocol Management: Build and maintain Epic Research Studies and Billing protocols (PRLs) to ensure accurate charge capture and reflect study requirements.

· Cosmos Governance and Data Maintenance: Oversee Cosmos project team structure, security assignments, data element mappings, and data integrity within the Cosmos database.

· Cross-Departmental Collaboration and Workflow Optimization: Facilitate meetings with research, IT, and clinical teams to optimize research workflows and resolve bottlenecks in both Epic Research and Cosmos.

· Epic Research System Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve technical issues related to the Epic Research module, including billing errors, system configuration problems, and data discrepancies.

· Cosmos Support and Training: Provide ongoing technical support and user training for Cosmos, ensuring effective utilization for data analysis and reporting.

· Project Management for Epic Research and Cosmos Initiatives: Plan, execute, and monitor projects related to Epic Research and Cosmos, including system upgrades, new module implementations, and workflow redesigns.

· Training and Documentation: Provide training and documentation to internal teams on new Epic functionalities related to research and analysis and create/maintain comprehensive system documentation for both Epic Research and Cosmos.

· Research Workflow Design and Implementation: Develop and implement new workflows within Epic Research to support evolving research needs, including study record and billing protocol management, patient enrollment, and data collection.

· Data Analysis and Reporting: Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to assess and optimize Epic’s system performance and usage and analyze clinical and operational data from both Epic Research and Cosmos to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
