Summary:
The Manager, Human Resources, develops, implements, and manages human resources (HR) strategies, programs, operations, and projects. The individual evaluates, develops, and revises procedures and programs in order to ensure they meet the objectives of the systemwide goals and initiatives. They prepare a variety of reports for management, analyze data, and make recommendations.

Education:
Essential:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field required. Master’s degree preferred.

Experience:
* Five years of related HR experience in the hospital/healthcare setting.

Credentials:
* PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred upon hire.
