Job Summary:

Under the review and direction of a physician, the Specialty APRN provides advanced and specialized nursing care in a specific clinical area. This includes the performance of medical services, in the management of acute and chronic medical conditions, in order to assist in the provision of specialized health care services.

Education: 

*Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and completion of advanced registered nurse practitioner program.

Experience: 

*Two years of related experience in the management of acute and chronic medical conditions. 

Licensure:

 *Florida APRN

Certification/Registration: 

*Certification from the Academy of Nurse Practitioners or Certification in Area of Specialty.
