FULL-TIME – MONDAY – FRIDAY – DAYS – WEEKEND REQUIREMENTS: AS NEEDED

Effectively supports Broward Health’s strategic initiatives by maintaining system requirements and functional design specifications ensuring design and integration standards are met for Cerner EHR. Under direction of the manager, responsible for the day to day support activities and all aspects of assigned projects. As required, defines project scope and objectives. Conducts or participates in projects and tactical meetings and is responsible for issue tracking and analysis. Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews deliverable with customers. Assists with integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables. Provides technical and analytical guidance to assigned teams or staff. Transitions newly implemented projects to operational support teams as required. Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems. Provides on-call support and participates in Service Center activities as required.




·         Bachelor’s degree required

·         On-call rotation required

·         Four years of experience with supporting information systems for clinical customers and communication with various types of end users

·         Must have proven problem solving, analytical, communication and customer service skills and will be expected to manage project tasks at various levels of complexity.

  • Preferred Experience – SurgiNet, FirstNet, Ambulatory, or Women’s Health build for a tertiary medical center.
