The human resource analyst position is responsible for performing human resource administrative work and providing detail-oriented reporting and analysis of various human resource programs and initiatives. Administers the full scope of HR functions as assigned. Develops and provides progressively complex data management and advanced data analysis, reports, forecasts and modeling for critical HR business functions and BH workforce metrics. Assists in maintaining and ensuring the integrity of HR database/systems.
Bachelor’s Degree obtained through a formal 4-year program. 3 years of human resources or business analyst experience. Experience in continuous improvement, advance business intelligence or data visualization tools preferred. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications including advanced knowledge of Excel and HR systems. Lawson, Kronos, Technomedia/Hodes, and Healthstream knowledge preferred.
