FULL-TIME- DAYS- MONDAY-FRIDAY- AS NEEDED WEEKEND REQUIREMENTS

High school graduation or equivalent. Two years experience in customer service in a healthcare environment. Previous scheduling experience with diagnostic procedures and knowledge of radiology procedures, ICD-9 codes and CPT codes. Previous scheduling experience with diagnostic procedures and general knowledge of Radiology procedures. Working knowledge of medical terminology. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong interpersonal skills, customer relations skills, telephone etiquette, and organizational skills.
