Summary:
Oversees clinical outcomes, human resources management, financial performance, patient experience, marketing, and program refinement in response to needs and trends. Provides goal development and implementation consistent with the mission, organization's strategic plan, and resources. Provides clinical leadership and administrative direction for the goal development, process implementation, evaluation, and operational management of surgical services.

Education:
*Master's degree obtained through at least a 2-year graduate program required.
* Graduate of an accredited nursing school (AD in Nursing, RN Diploma, BSN or MSN).

Experience:
* Seven years of related experience including department management.

Credentials:
* Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or holds a multi-state nursing license; or able to obtain license prior to start is required.

* CNOR preferred.
