Summary:
Provides the team with consultative support in the configuration and maintenance of specialized and internal HR systems, reporting, and dashboards. Serves as the subject matter expert in the HCM system functionality and build to provide guidance on the development, training, and maintenance needs of the HR data and systems team to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge to translate business objectives into system requirements to optimize HR business processes and workflow designs. Assists with documentation of processes and other business requirement documents necessary to create workflows, process automation, and troubleshooting system.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree obtained through a formal 4-year program.
Experience:
5+ years of advanced technical experience in the implementation maintenance and management of the Human Capital Management (HCM) module and deep understanding of HR system integrations and business needs. Extensive experience in an implementation of Human Capital Management (HCM) modules preferably with INFOR CloudSuite.
