Summary:
Plans, coordinates, provides, intervenes, and evaluates the care of assigned patients based on the treatment plan, nursing standards, nurse practice act, and individual patient needs. Participates with the interdisciplinary team to establish an individualized plan of care for each patient.

Education:
Essential:
* Associate ASN or BSN 
Education specialization:
Essential:
* in a Nursing Program from an Accredited School of Nursing

Experience:
Essential:
* One Year Lactation experience preferred

Credentials:
Essential:
* Registered Nurse
* Certified Lactation Consultant  CLS or IBCLC 

  *BLS and NRP cards requried
