Summary:
Coordinates maritime outpatient appointment requests from international clients. Provides case coordination for disembarked crew members and follows-up with external and internal customers to ensure continuity of care. Coordinates elective surgical admissions and/or procedures for maritime clientele. Works with International Private Medical Insurance (IPMI) clients requesting services for their members. Promotes a culture of high performance, open communication, and maintaining positive relations with all members of the team.
