Summary:
Provides clinical leadership and administrative direction for the goal development, process implementation, evaluation, and operational management of Broward HealthPoint clinical coordination teams. Oversees day-to-day operations of patient care, ensuring positive and quality outcomes. Goal development and implementation must be consistent with Broward Health's mission, strategic plan, and resources in compliance with Federal, State and regulatory rules and standards. Accountable and responsible for professional practice, clinical outcomes, human resources management, financial performance, patient experience, marketing and program refinement in response to needs and trends.

Education:
Essential:
* Bachelor's degree required.

Experience:
Essential:
* Seven years of related experience.

Credentials:
Essential:
* Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or holds a multi-state nursing license; or able to obtain license prior to start is required.
