Summary:
Provides mammographic images for diagnostic interpretation. Obtains pertinent clinical information to aid the radiologist in the diagnosis. Participates in image management and ensures equipment and supplies are available and in appropriate working order. Participates in the ongoing QI and QA programs.

Education:

*  Graduate from an accredited Radiology Program

*  HS Diploma or College Degree

Education specialization:

* Radiologic Technology

Experience:
* Two Years as Mammogram Technologist  is Preferred

Credentials:

*  ARRT – American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
*  Florida State CRT -Certified Radiologic Technologist
* ARRT – Advanced Certificate in  Mammography
* BLS – American Red Cross or American Heart Association
