Summary:
This position will develop and implement operational, and business plans consistent with the mission and vision of Broward Health. The Administrative Director demonstrates and promotes Broward Health values, service for excellence behaviors, and continuous improvement. They will be responsible for the assigned enterprise service line and for the collaborative development and implementation of integrated operating plans for Women's and Children's Service line within Broward HealthPoint. This individual will provide administrative oversight and direction of the overall operations of the service line in a dyad physician champion model and be accountable for managing the costs, quality, access, and service. They will provide an atmosphere conducive to team development and professional growth for associates while demonstrating and promoting corporate values, service excellence behaviors, and continuous improvement. Service lines areas to include but limited to all areas of Women's and Children's specialties for Broward HealthPoint.
Must have ambulatory OB/GYN experience.
Education:
Essential:
* Accredited bachelor’s degree in nursing required, accredited master’s degree in nursing preferred.
Experience:
* Seven (7) or more years of related experience in progressive growth, strategy, and operations for Women's and Children's medical practices.
Credentials:
* Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or holds a multi-state nursing license; or able to obtain license prior to start is required.
