Summary:
Oversees and coordinates operations of substance use disorder services within behavioral health services. Develops, plans, and coordinates services resulting in the implementation, administering, and ongoing monitoring of the provision of a coordinated system of care. Ensures grant obligations are met and implementation and reporting requirements are complete.
