Senior Systems Analyst – Epic Cadence/Prelude/RTE Focus

Overview:
The Senior Clinical Applications Analyst is responsible for supporting, implementing, and optimizing clinical application systems—primarily Epic Cadence, Prelude, and Real-Time Eligibility (RTE)—to enhance patient care and streamline healthcare workflows. This role collaborates closely with healthcare providers, IT teams, and Broward Health leadership to ensure systems align with clinical and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure, and maintain clinical software systems, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Conduct comprehensive testing to validate system functionality and performance.
• Analyze patient registration and access workflows, identifying inefficiencies and recommending process improvements.
• Provide ongoing user support, troubleshooting, and system issue resolution.
• Extract, analyze, and interpret clinical data to support reporting, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement efforts.
• Monitor system performance and gather end-user feedback to guide continuous improvement.
• Propose and implement enhancements to improve system usability, efficiency, and clinical outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and apply rigorous data security protocols.
• Participate in the full lifecycle of IT projects related to clinical systems, from planning to post-implementation evaluation.
• Collaborate closely with Patient Access and registration teams to ensure effective system use and communication.
