Summary:
Manages the planning, administering, and evaluating of the operations and care delivery of the nursing unit/department. Oversees professional practice, clinical outcomes, human resources management, financial performance, customer satisfaction, and refinement in response to needs and trends

* This position will require successful completion of a Level II Background Screening

Education:
Essential:
* Bachelor's degree required. 
* Master's degree preferred.
* Graduate from an accredited nursing program/school (AD in Nursing, RN Diploma, BSN or MSN).

Experience:
* Five years of related acute hospital experience including management.
* Behavioral Health nursing/leadership experience.

Credentials:
Essential:
* Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or holds a multi-state nursing license; or able to obtain license prior to start is required.
* National Certification in Area of Specialty
* Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support required.
