Summary: The Policy Analyst position is an entry-level role focused on supporting the administration of policy-related systems and processes. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about policy management and eager to launch their careers in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will assist with policy administration, process optimization, and stakeholder coordination.
Evaluates existing organizational policies to ensure alignment with corporate objectives and provides improvement recommendations that drive operational efficiencies and effectiveness. Provides knowledge and insight during the development and implementation of new policies, processes, and guidelines to ensure seamless integration throughout the organization. Maintains in-depth knowledge of all relevant policies and procedures throughout Broward Health, as well as applicable legislation and regulatory requirements.
