Summary:

The Executive Director, Human Resources is a key member of the human resources leadership team, responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization. This includes talent management, employee relations, and compliance. This position provided direct oversight for the following areas: Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations Guidance, HR Business Center (Immigration), Employee Assistance, Employee Health and Worker’s Compensation, and will work in collaboration with the following leadership in Total Rewards (Benefits/Compensation and Leave Administration), Clinical Education & L&OD, HRIS, Employee Experience and facility CHROs.

Education:
Essential:
* Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or related field; master’s degree preferred.

Experience:
Essential:
* Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive HR leadership healthcare experience required, including at least 4 years in a senior leadership role in healthcare acute care arena.

Credentials:
* Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) or equivalent certification preferred.
