Manages the planning, design development, contract document preparation, bid procurement, contracting, and project management of projects throughout the NBHD's facilities. Oversees new construction, renovations, refurbishments, and equipment replacement. Ensures positive outcomes including value, code compliance, schedules, efficiency, etc.
