Summary:
Responsible for ensuring accurate reporting, budgeting and evaluation of productivity management for the organization. Provide leadership and direction to Regional Management as it relates to labor management.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Management, or Engineering. 
• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Management Engineering, Hospital Administration, Finance or Accounting preferred.

Experience:

• Seven years of relevant experience required in management engineering, process improvement, productivity tools, and benchmarking.
• High proficiency expected in Labor Force Management Productivity Tools. 
• Knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean concepts.
