Under general supervision, performs general maintenance tasks, troubleshoots and repairs computer systems and peripheral equipment located throughout the organization. Works with end-users and IT departments in order to identify production issues. Deploys and relocates computer hardware. Maintains an adequate spare parts inventory of systems, subsystems and component parts used in repair work. Prepares progress reports for all work performed. Receives direction from supervisor or team leads on work priorities and assignments. Maintains, troubleshoots and repairs wireless carts and computer wall mount arms.


  • A+ Certification is preferred
  • 4 years relevant IT experience is required
  • A valid Florida State Driver’s License and an Associate degree or specialized training and certification is also required
