Full-Time Eligible Position. Varied days w/ weekends as needed. (#46364 – 4/21/22)

Under General Supervision, performs a wide variety of direct, technical nursing care functions in accordance with nursing care plans and physician’s orders. Make observations, take vital signs, record data in patients’ charts and prepare patients for examinations. Observe patients, records pertinent information and report significant symptoms, reactions and changes in patients’ condition to designated supervisor. Assist with monitoring the daily operations of the unit and report to designated supervisor. Provide individual and group health education. Participate in quality initiative projects by running and analyzing reports. Assess and anticipate barriers to healthcare and work towards patient retention. Act as a patient advocate and outreach resource. Conduct pre-visit planning, referral and lab tracking, and promote patient centered care between primary care appointments. 

  • Graduate of accredited school of Practical Nursing
  • BLS certification
  • Current LPN License in Florida
  • Basic Computer Proficiency
  • Bilingual preferred
