Independently responsible for all aspects of development and implementation of projects of the most complex or critical nature. Is responsible for industry analysis and strategic direction relative to assigned areas. Takes projects from original concept through final implementation. Defines project scope and objectives. Develops detailed  work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports. Conducts strategy meetings and is responsible for highest level of analysis. Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables. Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks  and reviews vendor deliverables. Provides technical and analytical guidelines to the entire department and organization. Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems.

To qualify, you must have at least 3-5 years of experience with implementing clinical systems in a hospital or clinical institution; proficiency in MS Office, SQL, project management, HLT interfaces, Windows OS, and RDBMS; and excellent communication and writing skills. Cerner Millennium implementation experience preferred.
