FULL-TIME – MONDAY – FRIDAY – DAYS – WEEKEND REQUIREMENTS: AS NEEDED

Actively partners with the Compliance Officer for implementation and facilitation of the system’s compliance and HIPAA program to ensure compliance with applicable federal and state laws and regulations. Plays a supervisory role in day to day operations of the department and acts as a subject matter expert for day to day department needs. Responsible for ensuring that all compliance audits and projects are properly executed, documented and completed on schedule.

Bachelor’s degree obtained through a formal 4-year program. Master’s degree preferred
Three years related experience required
Certification in Health Care Compliance
Certification in Health Care Privacy Compliance preferred
