Performs assembly, analysis and re-analysis of patient records to ensure all hospital accreditation and regulatory agency standards of care are met. Assists the medical staff with record completion activities. May assist coding staff with outstanding records and/or accounts to be coded.
High school graduation or equivalent.
Six months of related experience
Basic computer proficiency.
