Provides financial counseling services, registration, insurance verification, including payment plan arrangements, hrs entitlement program recommendations, financial assistance eligibility screening and recommendations, charge and diagnosis entry, and acts as the on-site customer service representative for phone and walk-in inquiries to support collection of accounts receivable and to support optimal business office services.
