Oversees Early Intervention Services at Children’s Diagnostic & Treatment Center, providing evaluation/assessment, case planning and management for assigned cases.
Bachelor’s degree obtained through accredited college w/ emphasis in psych, social work, hlth ed, interdisciplinary sociology, early childhood dvlpmt, ed or counseling/mntl hlth or equivalent degree. Equivalent exp may substitute for out-of-field degee.
One year experience working with young children and their families in a teaching, counseling or case management role. Individuals without one year of experience will be required to complete and document an extended apprenticeship.
Successful completion of the required Early Steps Orientation Training On-line Modules, Service Coordination Apprenticeship and CDTC Early Steps competency based core training within 90 days of employment.
