Summary:

Successful candidate must have a minimum of a 2–4-year degree with two to four years of IT and/or clinical lab technology experience in a healthcare environment. Experience with Information systems/technology, specifically Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) preferred. Experience with technical knowledge in Atomoic Pathology, General Laboratory, Instrumentation/Medical Device interfaces, Microbiology, and/or Blood Bank preferred. Certification and/or experience in Epic Beaker CP or AP a plus. Microsoft office, software troubleshooting, systems analysis, customer service skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Candidate must have proven problem solving, analytical, critical thinking and troubleshooting skills in a healthcare or IT setting and manage projects with various levels of complexity. Project leadership experience a plus.
