Summary:
The Coordinator, Stroke/Sepsis position will promote and provide exceptional care of patients through coordination, leadership and development of processes related to the Stroke and Sepsis Programs. In a multidisciplinary approach, the coordinator aligns program goals to meet accreditation/ certification standards or clinical practice guidelines across the continuum of care for Sepsis or Stroke patients to ensure high quality patient outcomes.
