Summary:
This person will create analytics content for end users. Responsibilities include configuring and testing Epic released and Foundation System content for all applications, creating content to display, and modifying existing reports. This person must have advanced SQL skills. This position also will support payer data as a claim’s aggregator. This person will also support Tableau and its upgrades in the admin role.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science
Experience:
Essential:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science
5+ Experience with data analytic development and ETL.

5+ years of experience in a healthcare environment

2-5 years of supporting visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Strong proficiency with SQL or MS

Provides development, maintenance, support and change management methodology.

Database maintenance and support
-
Devises, coordinates, and conducts mass data cleansing initiatives that include data archival, data tracing and issue tracking, integration sequencing, metadata updates, etc.

Database administration and routine maintenance related to system or database performance, user and system auditing, enhancement implementation and infrastructure expansion.

Coordination of specialty application requirements related to backend database implementation and ongoing maintenance.

Coordinate development and implementation of stand-alone database(s) using MS SSIS, as needed.

Collaborate with leadership and other key data stewards in delivering appropriate database security administration and software integration recommendations.

Consult with data security team and system administrator group to develop standard operating procedures related to backup and appropriate disaster recovery methodology.
