FTE: Full-Time

Summary:
Oversees all security radio communications, monitoring CCTV and security alarms to dispatch security team members accordingly. Answers calls for security service and assistance in a high-volume environment, coordinating the deployment of security staff to ensure the safety and security of all employees, patients, LIPs, visitors, and volunteers. Utilizes telephones, radios, and/or computers to transmit assignments, document and compile statistics, save evidence, and immediately escalate any issues and/or anomalies.

Education:

Required:

* Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.*

*High School diploma or general education degree (GED) is accepted with at least one year of related experience in dispatch or training*

Experience:
1-2 years of previous hospital security dispatch experience or 2 or more years of security/emergency dispatch experience.

Credentials:

Required;

* Florida Security License*
