Summary:
Oversees activities related to workforce education and public health emergency officials. Identifies concerns and educates staff and community. Ensures compliance with regulatory agencies and supports organization's mission. Conducts mock exercises and strengthens the district preparedness plan.

Education:
Essential:

* Critical Care experience preferred (ED, IVR, Cath Lab, ICU)

* MSN and 4 years related experience (Clinical Specialist) or

* BSN with 6 years related experience (Nurse Clinician). Requires completion of a MSN program within 3 years of hire.  

Education specialization:
Essential:
* in a Nursing Program from an Accredited School of Nursing

Credentials:
Essential:
* Certification in area of specialty within 12 months of hire.
*  State of Florida RN or ARNP. State of Florida CNS preferred.  
* Basic Life Support
