Summary:
Provides strategic direction, supervision, and daily oversight of the clinical coach and resident interactions as a component of the nurse residency program. Supports the alignment of education/training to achieve outcomes consistent with the married state preceptor model and the nurse residency program. orientation, training competence, and performance goals. Serves as a liaison to support local nursing academic partners as a pipeline for registered nurses (RN) workforce development.

Education:
Essential:
* Bachelor's degree in Nursing, MSN Preferred  

Experience:

* Five years of acute care clinical experience. Two year’s human resource training/education preferred.  

Credentials:
Essential:
* Registered Nurse
* Basic Life Support
* Advanced Cardiac Life Support
