Summary:
The Quality Associate will be responsible to create a standardized approach and accountability for improving tracking and trending the quality of the Revenue Cycle at Broward Health, the QA will create a standardized approach towards reducing inefficiencies by utilizing both an automated Call Center Quality Assurance (QA) tool and a manual review of accounts to achieve QA goals based on industry’s best practices.
The Quality Associate will ensure timely reimbursement through the identification of mistakes in the registration and scheduling process, QA can assist the staff and/or department by allowing them to focus on specific problems that can be corrected, circumvented, or prevented through training, communication, and education, helping to eliminate issues. It can also help determine problems inherent within existing business processes and systems through various reporting capabilities. The Quality Associate will need strong communication skills and analytical skills. This position will create, maintain, and update written documents related to implementation and monitoring of quality assurance measures.

* Three Years related experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management systems. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills.
