Summary:
Plans, manages, and leads the day-to-day operations of the facility outpatient, inpatient, and emergency registrations, PBX, communications, mail, and cashiering. Manages and leads teams to successfully implement the highest standards of performance. Plans and manages the day-to-day operations of the facility's patient access department.
Education:
Essential:
* Bachelor's degree obtained through a formal 4-year program.
Experience:
Essential:
* 5 years of related patient financial services experience, including supervisory experience.
