Summary:
Oversees day-to-day support activities and all aspects of assigned projects. Defines project scope and objectives. Conducts or participates in projects and tactical meetings and is responsible for issue tracking and analysis. Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews deliverables with customers. Mentors less senior analysts to assist with growth.

Successful candidate must have a minimum of a 4-year bachelor’s degree with minimum eight years of IT and/or clinical lab technology experience in a healthcare environment. Experience with Information systems/technology, specifically Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) and Medical Device Interfaces (MDI’s) required. Preferred experience with technical knowledge in General Laboratory, Instrumentation/Medical Device interfaces, Microbiology, Pathology and/or Blood Bank. Certification/Accreditation and/or experience in Epic Beaker CP and/or Epic Beaker AP. Project leadership experience a plus. Microsoft office, software troubleshooting, systems analysis, customer service skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Candidate must have proven problem solving, analytical, critical thinking and troubleshooting skills in a healthcare or IT setting and manage projects with various levels of complexity.
