Summary: Broward Health is seeking a Sr. Contractual Compliance Specialist to support the oversight of its contractual compliance program. As part of the Compliance and Ethics Department, this role will focus on reviewing, monitoring, and ensuring that contracts meet organizational policies, federal regulations, and due diligence requirements. The specialist will manage the intake, review, and follow-up of contract-related compliance issues, maintain accurate tracking of processes and documentation, and conduct investigations and assessments as needed. This position also plays a key role in audits, risk assessments, remuneration tracking, and corrective action monitoring, while serving as a resource for staff on contractual compliance policies and procedures. In addition, the specialist will assist with training and education to strengthen understanding and adherence to compliance requirements across the organization and will support other compliance program initiatives as needed
