Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior System Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and implementing M365, Azure, Entra ID, Purview, Copilot, and Microsoft Defender solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise and the ability to drive our IT infrastructure to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design, implement, and manage M365, Azure, and Microsoft Purview and Defender solutions.

· Monitor and maintain system integrity, performance, ensuring high levels of availability and security.

· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Office365, Azure, and Defender.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT infrastructure with business objectives.

· Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations and procedures.

· Lead and mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices.

· Forecasting technical solutions and staying updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in Office365, Azure, A.I. and cybersecurity.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

· Proven experience as a Senior System Engineer, with a focus on Microsoft Azure, Purview, Defender, Copilot and M365 administration.

· In-depth knowledge of cloud services, virtualization, A.I. and network security.

· Strong problem-solving skills, self-starter and ability to work under pressure.

· Excellent documentation, communication and interpersonal skills.

· Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert) are a plus.
