The Contracts Analyst, Contract Administration position will require a deep understanding of contracting principles and who will execute contract operation functions with precision, adhering to the department's detailed standard operating procedures. Will demonstrate a commitment to excellence measured against established key performance indicators, requiring intricate analysis and implementation of contractual processes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory standards. The position will be an essential role to the department, by leveraging their comprehensive understanding of contractual details and industry best practices with contract drafting, negotiation, administration and comprehensive understanding of contract structure, grounded in a solid foundation of contract law, commercial law and corporate governance principles.
