Summary:

This position is responsible for leading, assisting and growing the data analytics & business intelligence team in all aspects of the business intelligence development lifecycle to ensure daily activities and projects are completed successfully, on time and within budget. Responsible for overall quality, compliance and stability of the business intelligence platform and structure. Responsible for standards, policies and procedures regarding data management and business intelligence. This position is also actively involved in developing the analytics strategy for the health system.

Education:
Essential:
* Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.

Experience:
Essential:
* Minimum 5 years of progressive experience writing T-SQL queries and stored procedures, including developing reports and extracts for customers using BI tools including SSMS, SSRS, SSIS and SSAS.
* 3+ years of experience leading, supervising or managing a team of BI developers. Expert knowledge with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Pyramid Analytics, or Power BI.

Credentials:
* Appropriate IT certifications/registrations required.

* Information technology, computer science, data science, business analytics or related field
