Summary:

This role will focus on reviewing, updating, standardizing, and ensuring regulatory alignment of healthcare-related job descriptions across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong familiarity with healthcare HR roles, including clinical and non-clinical positions, and a solid understanding of associated licenses, certifications, and credentialing requirements. This is a project-based role with an anticipated schedule of approximately 40 hours per week, with flexibility for remote work and hybrid.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and update existing healthcare job descriptions for accuracy, clarity, and compliance.
  • Ensure alignment with current licensure, certification, and credentialing requirements.
  • Standardize job descriptions across departments and facilities.
  • Partner with HR leaders and operational leadership to validate role expectations and scope.
  • Ensure job descriptions reflect regulatory standards, accreditation requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Maintain consistency in formatting, FLSA status, competencies, and reporting structures.
  • Enter and manage job descriptions within HRIS and document management systems.
  • Support the development of job architecture and title alignment as needed. 

Qualifications:

Required-

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3–5+ years of Human Resources experience within a healthcare environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of healthcare roles (clinical and support services) Familiarity with Florida healthcare licenses, certifications, and credentialing standards.
  • Experience drafting and revising job descriptions.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred-

  • Experience with INFOR HR System.
  • Experience with JDXpert job description management software.
  • Knowledge of FLSA classifications and compensation structures.
  • Prior experience supporting multi-site healthcare organizations.
