Summary:
Creates a rewarding client and patient experience by ensuring and facilitating capital projects. Evaluates and oversees qualified designed and construction vendors to ensure a proactive contract administration approach in order for projects to complete timely and within budget. Coordinates, manages, and oversees assigned projects along with the development and resolution of complex and difficult building construction projects and medical and physical plant equipment replacement throughout all phases of project development.

Education:
Essential:
* Bachelor’s degree in the field of engineering, architectural or building sciences of construction management.

Experience:
* 7 years of project management experience in construction with at least 5 years of experience in healthcare required.
* Extensive experience in the design, construction and management of building construction projects, including a supervisory capacity.
