Under the supervision and in collaboration with Physician, performs clinical evaluations, problem assessments and initiates diagnostic and treatment plans for the management of acute and chronic medical conditions. Precepts new employees, performs quality management activities, and provides community/ professional education.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: A. Education (or equivalent years of experience): 

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and completion of advanced registered nurse practitioner program

B. Experience (or equivalent education): 

Two years related experience required

C. Licensure 

Florida APRN, Florida Dispensing License

D. Certification/Registration 

Certification from the Academy of Nurse Practitioners

E. Special Training 

HCP-CPR, ACLS
