Summary: 

The Scheduling Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the Centralized Scheduling and Access Referrals Center, ensuring patients receive timely, accurate, and customer-focused scheduling services. This role supervises scheduling staff, monitors key performance indicators (KPIs), and collaborates with clinical, operational, and IT leaders to improve efficiency, reduce scheduling errors, and enhance patient experience.

Education: High School Diploma or GED required

 Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred; an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

 Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare scheduling, patient access, or call center operations. Previous supervisory or lead experience in a high-volume environment.
